    The hotel is fairly clean. the staff is super friendly and cooperative. - It's a good value. - the location is a short walk to the pier, night market, and public transport. - There's a good choice of food options nearby. - the pool is well-maintained. - There is parking nearby.

    Booked the hotel for its absolutely perfect location so close to jomtien beach as well as Jomtien or Pattaya Beach. Furthermore, close to bus station.

    Location: the hotel was close to the pier, In house restaurant, and night market. In the evening we went to Mata Hari Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the venue. The room was nicely furnished, had very comfy and included an electric kettle and a refrigerator. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was excellent!

    Conveniently located near a Swiss restaurant, as well as both Pattaya and Jomtien. the staff was super friendly, always ready to help out and make me feel right at home. 🌞

    Stayed at a place with parking, pool, and bar. They even had a 24-hour front desk and a hammam, fancy! The shared lounge and terrace were a nice touch. The room had a dining area and the single room had a seating area, so posh!

    What's not to love? Absolutely nothing.

    We recently stayed at a budget hotel in Thailand and it exceeded our expectations. the AC worked well, the room was mosquito-free, and the bed was comfortable. the central location made it easy to find food and attractions nearby. the hotel WiFi was reliable, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Sun & Beach Hotel provided a great base for exploring the area. Cons: For us, it was the ideal place to stay 😊.

    The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Pattaya and Jomtien. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, and the baht bus stop was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the added bonus of having free WiFi in our room and complimentary bottled water.

    There were a few minor issues during our stay. The cleanliness could have been better, as we found a dirty tray of glasses and cups in our room.

    As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location between Pattaya and Jomtien, away from the busy city noise. the hotel had a few restaurants within walking distance, and the Baht bus stop was nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. the staff were friendly, providing free coffee sachet refills and fresh water. the room had a kettle, fridge, and a smart TV with access to Netflix. the hot shower was a nice touch. There were also several 7-11s and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the pier and night market.

    Felt so relaxed, no complaints.

    Stayed at a hotel with a 'view' of the courtyard, how lovely! They even had a useless window in the corridor. But hey, it was quiet , and the room had a bed, kitchen corner, and even an office!

    Oh, where do I start? The wifi on the top floor was nonexistent, the shower was a mist, mosquitos and a cockroach kept me company, and the beds were rock-hard.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept on. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved that there was a night security man for extra safety.     clean and spacious rooms - excellent air conditioning, and WiFi with no mosquitoes. Conveniently located between Pattaya and Jomtien - close to restaurants and a gym. Being able to easily catch a baht bus makes transportation hassle-free. The friendly staff and free bottled water add to the overall positive experience.

    Totally recommend.
